STEP 1: Pre-approve NOW

To begin the process, you must first contact our preferred lender Lake Michigan Credit Union for pre-approval using the button below. *Make sure to note “Veridian at County Farm” in the contact area at the end of the application.
Once we have your pre-approval or proof of funds, we’ll reach out to help you select a home!
Cash buyer? Contact Emil with your credit score and proof of funds.
STEP 2: FIND Your Home
Email or call us for a tour, to talk availability, etc! We’re here for whatever you need!
STEP 3: paperwork!
Once you choose your home, we’ll send you the purchase agreement to review and sign through DocuSign.
STEP 4: Deposit & official Purchase
For homes available for purchase:
Deposit of 5% of home price will be paid to ATA/National Title to be held in escrow when the purchasing documents are signed.
25% of any added options (40% of optional elevator) will be required at time of contract or shortly thereafter.
The deposit will be applied to down payment at the time of closing.
